Panorama Cruise and Travel, formerly Harvey World Travel Bathurst, is continually winning awards from our suppliers for our knowledge and support of their products. It has twice won 'Agency of the Year' and has been runner up several times. This award acknowledges us as one of the premier travel agencies, and a leader in the provision of excellent customer service.

This travel agency has continually served the Central West for over 40 years. Most of its current staff have vast travel experience and are long term residents and supporters of the Bathurst region.

Panorama Cruise and Travel is owned by Springshore Pty Ltd. whose director is Caroline Sage. Caroline has been a resident of Bathurst for nearly 30 years and is a strong believer in keeping Bathurst money circulating within town, wherever possible, to support our community and our children’s future.

Caroline firmly believes in sending staff away to train, to keep up with the latest in the industry and, even more importantly, experience at least one or two holiday destinations a year. This allows them to work out the suitability of a particular destination for clients as well as the value-for-money. With six travel consultants in the office, this philosophy has built up a great wealth of knowledge of both international and domestic destinations.
