Caroline Sage - Director

Caroline Sage

Hi, I’m Caroline, Director of Panorama Cruise and Travel.

I have built my career around one purpose creating holidays that are seamless, special and completely personalised.

Originally raised in Wellington NSW, I completed my education in Bathurst, the town I’m proud to call home and where I met my husband and raised my three children. I’m passionate about supporting our local community and strongly believe in keeping Bathurst money circulating locally to help secure a bright future for the next generation.

My journey in travel began in 1996, and what started as a love for the industry has grown into a lifelong career. In 2012, I became part owner of the business alongside Greg Tucker, and then in 2020 I proudly took the next step to become the sole owner.

Under my leadership, our agency has been recognised at a national level within the Travellers Choice network - achieving gold status (Top 10 agencies in Australia) for the past three consecutive years, along with bronze awards (Top 30) in the years prior. These awards reflect the dedication of our incredible team and our shared commitment to delivering outstanding service and unforgettable travel experiences.

Travel has taken me to remarkable destinations across Africa, Europe, Asia, the Middle East, North America, the Caribbean and the South Pacific. Highlights of my adventures include a camping safari from Cape Town to Harare, cruising the South Pacific and exploring countries such as South Africa, Morocco, Egypt, Croatia, Slovenia, Portugal, the Czech Republic, Finland, Lapland, Iceland, Turkey, Oman, the United Arab Emirates, India, Malaysia, the Philippines, Vietnam, Cambodia, Laos, Thailand, Hong Kong, Fiji, Cuba, Mexico, the USA, Canada, New Zealand, the UK, France, Switzerland, Germany, the Netherlands, Poland, Russia, Italy, Greece - and of course Australia.

I also specialise in designing and hosting small group tours, creating unique shared travel experiences that my clients remember for a lifetime.

With decades of industry knowledge, firsthand travel experience and a genuine passion for what I do, I feel incredibly grateful to turn my clients’ travel dreams into reality every day.

Hi, my name is Georgia. 

I’ve been in the travel industry for over 10 years. I hold my Cert III in Tourism and Events and I’m currently part way through my Diploma of Travel and Tourism Management. I absolutely love crafting boutique itineraries filled with hidden gems and unique experiences.

I’ve travelled to six continents and have my seventh planned for 2027 there’s always another adventure on the horizon! I’m your go-to if you’re planning a destination wedding or honeymoon (I had my own beautiful wedding in Fiji and know just how special it can be).

Jackie Prosser (JP) - Senior Travel Advisor

Hi, my name is Jackie, but most people call me JP. 

I’ve been in the travel industry for over nine years, and I’m genuinely one of those people who lives and breathes holidays. I’ve completed my Cert III and Cert IV in Travel, but what really sets me apart is how much I care about crafting trips that feel personal, effortless and exciting.

I’m a total plane nerd in the best way. If you ever want to know which airline has the comfiest seats, the smartest way to choose where to sit or tips to make long flights feel less brutal, I’m your girl. I keep up with aircraft layouts, cabin differences and all the little quirks that make flying smoother but don’t worry, I’m not out here promising upgrades (if I could, I’d be flying Business everywhere myself!).

I recently got married in the beautiful Hunter Valley (November ’25) and honeymooned in Vanuatu one of my absolute favourite destinations. If you need island inspo, hidden-gem recommendations or the best snorkelling spots, I’ll talk about it with genuine excitement.

My clients say they love working with me because I’m organised, honest, realistic and incredibly easy to talk to. I have a knack for understanding exactly what someone wants out of a trip even when they’re not quite sure themselves and turning it into something truly special.

Hi, my name is Tianah.

I love exploring new places and helping others plan trips they’ll never forget. I’ve travelled to Italy, Greece, Vietnam, Cambodia, Thailand, New Zealand and plenty of amazing destinations around Australia.

Vietnam holds a special place in my heart it was my first solo trip, and I had the best time discovering everything it had to offer. I’m already planning to go back!

Next up for me is a Contiki adventure through the United Kingdom, Ireland and Thailand. Since joining Panorama Cruise and Travel, my travel bucket list just keeps growing. South Korea is high on my radar right now, and one day I hope to complete the Inca Trail and see the Pyramids of Giza.

Carly Flood -Receptionist Administration

Carly Flood

Hi, my name is Carly, and I’m the Receptionist/Administration support here at the office.

I’m the friendly voice you’ll hear on the phone and the welcoming smile that greets you at the front desk. I take care of all phone calls, emails and general admin, keeping everything behind the scenes running smoothly so every client enjoys the best possible experience.

I’ve travelled to Thailand, Bali, Vanuatu, Fiji and many beautiful parts of Australia, I’ve also cruised with P&O Cruises, Carnival Cruises and Royal Caribbean. I’m always dreaming up my next adventure, Japan sits firmly at the top of my bucket list, along with hopes of exploring Europe, especially Scotland, Ireland and Switzerland.

I have called the Central West home for seven wonderful years and have loved every minute of it. Outside the office, I’m usually off making memories with my husband and our two kids, whether that’s sailing the seas, camping under the stars or discovering new destinations together.
