We had such a beautiful time in Fiji. It was the ultimate spot for our honeymoon. Georgia & Panorama Cruise and Travel made our trip overseas a breeze, there was no stress involved on our part. You were there for my every question. The hotel you guys helped us book was perfect too! We loved being able to book all of our activities through the one place and especially loved that the Sofitel had their own watersports team. The hotel staff were beyond kind, they made us feel so welcomed. They were a delight! Denarau Island was a great spot too, we made lots of use of the Bulla Bus. We can't thank you enough for this trip. We will cherish it for many years to come! We will absolutely be back when we look at another trip somewhere, we've got a case of the travel bug.

My wife and I would like to express our gratitude to Georgia Best for organizing our recent trip to the UK and Europe. After providing Georgia with a rough note outlining what we would love to see, I realised that putting together the itinerary would be somewhat complex. While I won't delve into the details of the itinerary, I must highlight that it involved specific requests, such as visiting the Doc Martin sights in Port Isaac and a particular Chateau in Northern France featured in a TV series. Additionally, we had special requests for accommodations due to dietary requirements. Throughout the entire process, Georgia handled everything in a friendly, positive and professional manner. Not a single issue or problem arose during the entire trip organized by Georgia! This wasn't just a trip but a wonderful adventure! We eagerly anticipate our next adventure, expertly arranged by Georgia and the staff at Panorama Cruise and Travel.

It's rare these days, especially, that people show kindness and great customer service skills. Each travel agent/operator I spoke with prior to Robert barely acknowledged me before advising me of how busy they were and expressing their reluctance to spend time looking into flights for me. Robert, however, likely just as busy, made me feel seen and heard. He didn't rush me or dismiss me as an individual. I will certainly be using Robert in the future and recommending him to family and friends. Thank you so much. A 5-star experience!
